What They said About My book ?

I am a firm believer of living a healthy lifestyle. In this simple and easy to understand book the author focus's on the different ways people can develop wellness in their lives. He emphasizes that wellness is a lifestyle and adopting a different approach to wellness is needed. It is not simply a dietary change, although understanding what and how much we eat is necessary. He explains how toxins and inflammatory foods and chemicals affect our health and that medicine does not focus on these aspects of underlying causes but rather look to treat the symptoms. He discusses wheat and why it is different today then years ago. I like his personal as well as professional references throughout the book. I am a Psychotherapist and will recommend it to my clients who struggle with living healthy lifestyles. Lori Golden

After having been associated with Red O’Laughlin for a number of years, there is one thing I really understand about him, Red loves to help others. I enjoyed his book “Longevity Secrets for Health Aging” because he shared insights on the causes of aging. I just finished listening to a song by Toby Keith in collaboration with Clint Eastwood entitled “Don’t let the old man in” which I’ve adopted as my new theme song. Red’s new book on Ageless Health greatly supports this theme by helping me use my subconscious mind to control what I do, eat, and think to age with better health. Get it, read it, and implement it.

This is a very easy read book on what is fast becoming the brain disease of the 21st century. If you’re wanting to know more about the condition especially if it’s affecting a family member than this is a great read. It’s best to read a chapter at a time I’ve found.

This book is not for the faint hearted. There is a massive amount of unpronoucable scientific data that is difficult to understand, so much so as to confuse the reader. It should be simplified, because the main message for longevity is good nutrition, and exercise. Hence a 4 star rating.
