Author / Speaker
Red O’Laughlin is a distinguished researcher, best-selling author, and international public speaker dedicated to exploring the intricate chemical reactions in the human body at the cellular level. With a keen focus on uncovering cause-and-effect relationships, Red emphasizes the importance of addressing root causes rather than merely treating symptoms. He often states, “Treat symptoms, and you will always treat symptoms. You must treat the cause of a problem to correct it.”
Red is the author of eight insightful books covering personal growth, health and wellness, writing, and religion. His expertise spans health and wellness, longevity, and age-related diseases. In addition to his writing, Red has served as a military and corporate trainer and a college educator, sharing his knowledge with diverse audiences.
As a Distinguished Toastmaster, he has delivered hundreds of engaging speeches to audiences of all sizes, inspiring individuals to pursue healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Being a published author is one way to establish credibility as a business owner. Public speaking is another way. At a Toastmasters meeting, I spoke about how being introduced as a published author increases the speaker’s credibility, mainly when the speaker writes in the same field they speak. About a year later, one of the members of that meeting tracked me down. He had written a book but could not get it published. Three weeks later, he had a copy of his new book in his hands.
I have spoken at many venues including the NATO School in Oberammergau, Germany, International Logistics Symposiums, Professional Society meetings, Senior Corporate and Military Staffs, and over 125 presentations on the USA Global TV & Radio Network Talking Heads show. Additionally, I have taught statistics at the college level for three years.

Publisher
As an Independent Publisher, Red O’Laughlin empowers new authors to achieve their publishing dreams. Understanding that credibility is vital for businesses, Red emphasizes that being a published author is key to establishing authority in one’s field. At a Toastmasters meeting, he shared insights on how being introduced as a published author significantly enhances a speaker’s credibility, particularly when their writing and speaking align.
Approximately a year later, a Toastmasters member reached out to Red with a completed manuscript but struggled to find a publisher. In just three weeks, that author held a copy of their new book in hand, demonstrating Red’s commitment to helping aspiring writers navigate the publishing landscape.
Red understands that not all publishing routes are created equal. While traditional publishers may not charge upfront fees, they often impose limitations on intellectual property rights, titles, and cover art. With this in mind, Red guides new authors to know their audience, understand their competitors, and learn from successful authors in their genre.
From your finished, edited, and proofed manuscript and cover art, Red will create eBook and paperback formats. He will also set up your author account with Kindle Direct Publishing/Amazon and provide training to help you manage updates, such as new cover designs or pricing changes.
Red has published over 40 books across various genres—including children’s literature, cookbooks, novels, memoirs, how-to guides, health books, and motivational literature—and is well-equipped to assist you on your publishing journey.

What they say about my book ?

I am a firm believer of living a healthy lifestyle. In this simple and easy to understand book the author focus's on the different ways people can develop wellness in their lives. He emphasizes that wellness is a lifestyle and adopting a different approach to wellness is needed. It is not simply a dietary change, although understanding what and how much we eat is necessary. He explains how toxins and inflammatory foods and chemicals affect our health and that medicine does not focus on these aspects of underlying causes but rather look to treat the symptoms. He discusses wheat and why it is different today then years ago. I like his personal as well as professional references throughout the book. I am a Psychotherapist and will recommend it to my clients who struggle with living healthy lifestyles. Lori Golden

After having been associated with Red O’Laughlin for a number of years, there is one thing I really understand about him, Red loves to help others. I enjoyed his book “Longevity Secrets for Health Aging” because he shared insights on the causes of aging. I just finished listening to a song by Toby Keith in collaboration with Clint Eastwood entitled “Don’t let the old man in” which I’ve adopted as my new theme song. Red’s new book on Ageless Health greatly supports this theme by helping me use my subconscious mind to control what I do, eat, and think to age with better health. Get it, read it, and implement it.
Be ready to change your mind about everything you thought you knew about your health. This is a refreshing look at what's really going on and how much power we really do have about our quality of health and life. What if aging isn't an inevitable path to aches and pains? What if there was something we could do to be at our best at any age? Some intriguing questions that the author explores in depth and clarity. You will be inspired to make changes and have confidence you're making the right ones. Highly recommended.
This book is like receiving really great advice from an informed friend on daily health habits that will serve for a lifetime. Lots a great information on how these habits work & why they matter. It’s not just about general nutrition... it’s simple strategies for stress relief, weight loss, immunity and how to maintain a mindset of positive expectancy. I would suggest this book to people of any age. Now is always the best time to learn more & start a healthy habit!
As more and more individuals spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars for quick fixes to their health and diets that usually don't work -- Red's book is full of details that truly can help you change your life. The book is condensed to make the read enjoyable and fact filled. The personal perspective gave the book a nice family touch and one you can identify with from cover to cover. The book is indexed for quick referencing when you want a re-fresher. Truly a find.

This is a very easy read book on what is fast becoming the brain disease of the 21st century. If you’re wanting to know more about the condition especially if it’s affecting a family member than this is a great read. It’s best to read a chapter at a time I’ve found.

This book is not for the faint hearted. There is a massive amount of unpronoucable scientific data that is difficult to understand, so much so as to confuse the reader. It should be simplified, because the main message for longevity is good nutrition, and exercise. Hence a 4 star rating.
